Victoria Carroll, APRN
PMHNP-BC
Specializing in ages 6 and up
Victoria Carroll is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with training and experience treating patients across the lifespan. Her education includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in psychiatry from University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association and Tennessee Nurses Association.

Victoria brings a humanistic philosophy of holistic care for both mind and body, and an abiding commitment to individualized, comprehensive care for her patients. She specializes in medication management of depression, anxiety, attention deficits, bipolar, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric diagnoses, while providing brief supportive psychotherapy.
When not in the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, helping out in her church and traveling.

Ryane Doty, APRN
PMHNP-BC
Specializing in ages 13 and up
Ryane is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in diverse practice settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics. Passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care, she strives to deliver the highest standard of care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Ryane holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing, with a specialization in psychiatry, from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

With a focus on holistic care for the mind, body, and spirit, Ryane is dedicated to offering individualized, comprehensive care for her patients. She specializes in medication management for a variety of conditions, while also providing brief supportive psychotherapy.

Outside of her professional life, Ryane enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends, cooking, and traveling to new destinations.

Briana Lovelace, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Specializing in ages 13 and up
Briana is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience, including a strong background in women's health and neonatal intensive care. She has more than six years of specialized experience in psychiatry, having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Briana is committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care to each patient. Her approach as a provider emphasizes holistic care, seamlessly integrating pharmacological treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Briana earned her Associate of Nursing Science from Hinds Community College, her Bachelor of Nursing Science from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and her Master of Nursing Science from the University of South Alabama.

Dr. Donald C. Faucett, MD
Specializing in ages 12 and up
With over 40 years of medical and surgical experience, Dr. Donald Faucett brings a deep understanding of healing to his current focus in addiction medicine. Following a distinguished career in ophthalmology and reconstructive surgery, a life-changing operating room accident and subsequent spinal surgeries led to his own struggle with opioid addiction. After entering treatment in 2013, Dr. Faucett has maintained over 12 years of sobriety. Inspired by his recovery, he transitioned his practice to addiction medicine in 2019, where he now helps others find lasting wellness and hope.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center and fellowship-trained at Duke University, he has combined his medical expertise with a deep commitment to recovery and wellness. As Chief Medical Officer for the Mississippi Department of Corrections from 2021 to 2025, Dr. Faucett has led statewide health and addiction treatment programs. He also partnered with recovery centers across Mississippi, including Stonewater Adolescent Recovery, Haven House, Harbor House, Medical Associates of Vicksburg, and The Estate Recovery Center for ongoing addiction needs as well as helping with Disability Determination Services for Mississippi.
Recognized in "The Best Doctors in America", Dr. Faucett is known for his compassionate care, innovative leadership, and dedication to helping individuals heal and thrive.
